Kristin O'Brien:

Kristin has been excelling in marketing and candidate acquisition for the physician, advanced practitioner and healthcare executive recruitment industry since 2007. With her experience in sourcing high volumes of positions simultaneously, she has a hands-on view of best practices for utilizing the top advertising venues and constantly strives to extend candidate response results.

As the Candidate Acquisition Manager, Kristin will use her knowledge and aptitude to lead candidate sourcing and realign Enterprise Medical Services' virtual presence to continually identify high-quality physician talent to various opportunities nationwide. She also maintains an active awareness with the current market trends to stay competitive within the industry.

Over the course of her career, Kristin has identified and generated hundreds of potential candidate leads for physician, advanced practice and executive recruitment placements.  With an extensive knowledge of traditional print, internet-based advertising and email marketing, she has experience with all types of advertising avenues and an array of technology scopes.

Kristin graduated from the University of Missouri - Columbia with her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with an emphasis in Management.

Matt Baker:

An honors graduate in marketing from the Silberman College of Business at Fairleigh Dickinson University as well as a member of the National Honor Society in Business Administration, Matt has had over twenty years’ experience leveraging both traditional and new media advertising for his clients.   He has worked at some of the largest interactive and traditional media companies, in the U.S. and internationally. These companies include The Philadelphia Inquirer and Daily News,, Metro International News and RCN Communications.  

Matt specializes in new product development and has a proven track record launching and growing online advertising product suites. Over two years ago, Matt was recruited by, the number one physician specialty site with a job board. Matt creates strategies for clients to leverage the over 600,000 US verified physicians who subscribe and Physician’s Desk Reference (, a powerful resource for Physician Recruiters.   Growth of the MDLinx / job board during Matt’s tenure has grown over 350%.  

In August 2014, Matt was promoted to Head of Sales of the newly merged PracticeMatch & MDLinx, where he has already doubled new business sales from prior ownership.

Bill Friedrich:

Bill is an experienced industry market researcher with almost 30 years healthcare market research experience across pharmaceutical, consumer, and device markets in office, retail, and hospital environments.

Bill has 27 years in Pharmaceutical market research with Ciba-Geigy, Merck, and most recently with Wyeth Pharmaceuticals. He is experienced in both qualitative, quantitative, and advanced research methods.  Positioning research, promotion testing, A&U studies, Sales Force Effectiveness, His teams have provided extensive positioning and promotion development research to achieve launch-ready status for many domestic and global new products plus ongoing research support throughout the brand lifecycle. He has extensive experience in new product development for early and late stage pipeline products.

Bill is a Past President of the Pharmaceutical Market Research Group (PMRG), the premier global community for healthcare marketing research professionals He is also a member of the Program Committee for the PMRG Annual Conference.
