As an organization and as individuals we are experiencing rapid changes in our daily lives and interactions. Academic Inhouse Recruiters (AIR) saw the need to pivot on the topic from their previous open forum webinar to a partnership with AAPPR to address this new reality.

This webinar will discuss recruitment professionals' response to COVID-19. The first of a series, your colleagues across the US working in various settings will cover topics focusing on best practices regarding virtual orientation, virtual career fairs, and virtual interviews. This discussion will cover the swift change in how you operate daily as a physician and provider recruitment professional and provide discussion for opportunities and best practices available.
