Speaker Bio


Logan Mary Ebbets, MS, FASPR

Logan is the physician and advanced practitioner recruiter for Cooley Dickinson Health Care, a Massachusetts General Hospital affiliate, in Northampton, MA. She has a bachelor’s degree in animal science from the University of Vermont and a master’s degree in organizational leadership from Nichols College. Logan has been a member of AAPPR since 2017 and received her fellowship certification (FASPR) in 2019, she is also a Certified Six Sigma Greenbelt. Logan is a member of AAPPR’s speaker’s bureau and education committee. Logan is passionate about approaching her recruitment work from a mindset of continuous improvement.






Bonnie Hamel

Bonnie is currently the NCH Provider Recruitment Coordinator for Androscoggin Valley Hospital & North Country Healthcare in Northern New Hampshire.  She is also              the  Solo Recruiter for Sourcing and Onboarding for the entire system.  Bonnie is a current member of AAPPR since 2016.
