Jenna Russell joined Atrium Health in 2011 where her efforts were focused on the development and management of Physician Retention programs which led to the creation of a formalized Physician Onboarding program in 2012. Following the completion of her Master of Business Administration degree, Jenna pursued other opportunities within Atrium Health's Medical Group where she gained experience in provider contracting, acquisitions and business development. Jenna obtained a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification in 2015 and was assigned to support a Lean project for Atrium Health's Physician & ACP Recruitment & Onboarding team focused on reducing days to fill through minimizing rework, increasing standard work and process efficiencies. Jenna currently manages Atrium Health's Physician & ACP Onboarding team. Current priorities include expansion of services to all Advanced Clinical Practitioners (including CRNAs) and regional affiliate partners as well as the ongoing development/expansion of a web-based tool to support the needs of the onboarding program.
Maranda Judd has a total of 19 years of health care experience. She received her master's degree of Clinical Social Work from Virginia Commonwealth University in Richmond, Virginia. Upon completion of her MSW, she worked with two different Employee Assistance Programs, in the Charlotte area, as a counselor and trainer. After transitioning from the counseling and training field, Maranda gained experience with practice management, practice acquisitions and project management. Since 2004, Maranda has been with the Physician & ACP Recruitment & Onboarding team, where she has recruited physicians, implemented onboarding and retention programs, and provided administrative support to committees focused on engagement and well-being. Maranda now leads the team's physician recruitment and onboarding efforts.
