Time: 10:00 am PT / 12:00 pm CT / 1:00 pm ET
Presenter: Randy Gott, Sr VP, Coker Group
Cost: Members/Free, Non-members/$99
This webinar will focus on two key elements of successful provider recruitment planning - determining physician needs through a physician needs assessment and developing a competitive and compliant recruitment policy. The needs assessment will assist organizations in determining and documenting needs by specialty and in the development of an organizational recruitment plan. The implementation of a recruitment strategy and plan requires a recruitment policy that defines the recruitment strategies and incentives to be provided. This session will provide a framework for the development of both as organizations understand their needs and strategies..
- Understanding the significance of a physician needs assessment as a precursor to recruitment
- Understanding the importance of compliance in the development of recruitment strategies and incentives
- Understanding the factors that impact community needs as well as fair market value and commercial reasonableness in provider recruitment
